Hi! I just recently joined here and so far I'm liking it. My story is probably like alot of other Mom's out there... I was thin my whole life, could eat whatever I wanted and didn't really eat healthy. After I had my 7yr old my weight didn't return to it's previous range, in fact I kept gaining. I wasn't happy but didn't really want to do anything about it. I started walking and lost some weight but then I got pregnant with my now 4yr old. Same thing happened, only this time I got up to my heaviest weight at 176 (I'm 5'6 small frame).

I have just come to realize that this is something that is going to have to change for my life, not some quick fix pill or fad diet. Eating healthy is going to be the hardest thing for me.. I have never had a healthy diet and really do NOT like vegetables. That is why I'm here and tracking my calories. I seriously started watching my food intake and exercising in January of this year. My start weight was 170. Right now I am currently at 157.8. I have hit a plateau in the past week and hoping I can bust through it soon. I just started Turbo Fire two weeks ago (the prep schedule) and that is the easy part. I need support for the eating right and all the tips that you all can give me! Thanks and add me if you want :)

I was a part-time SAHM for 3 years, while in school. I found it very difficult to lose weight while being at home most of the time, being surrounded by nothing but temptations. I am determined to succeed this year in my weight loss journey. I would love some support as well. feel free to add me :)

I don't have any kids, but I work 48 hrs a week and find it very hard to lose weight, esp since I work with chocolate, my biggest weakness!!! I will be 30 this month and have developed arthritis in my back...So, I decided at the beginning of January, that's it, I'm done being big and in pain all the time! So far I have lost over 10 lbs! My biggest motivator right now, is the cruise I am going on in April. Some tips for you, which I am trying to follow myself:

-when shopping, park farther away so you have to walk more.
-no eating after 9pm (hardest for me)
-drink 8 glasses of water a day (I have 1 and 2 liter water jugs that I use, so I keep track of my water intake. They go everywhere with me! You can find them at Walmart)
    -More veggies and fruit
-exercise more (I know, probably easier said than done)
-measure and count your food, so that you are eating suggested serving amount.

    Good luck to you!

You may add me if you would like! More support the better! :)
