can someone tell me which zone you should be working at to loose fat ??? is it zone 1, 2 or 3??? my heart rate goes pretty much straight away to zone 3 so is that a good thing or should i be working on a lower zone to burn fat ????? my heart rate zone 1 110 - 130 zone 2 130- 150 zone 3 150 - 175 thank you in advance...

dear pals, i know some of you have more knowledge when it comes to this sort of things that im about to ask..... i bought a heart rate monitor yesterday (suunto) and i thought ill give it a try today, so i put on the band around my chest at around 1pm...it is now 9:45pm (Australia) and it says ive burnt 1335 calories.....…

hello everyone:happy: , i joined mfp last week so im new to everything and dont know much at all :smile: my question is: isnt cardio enough to loose the weight?(fat) or do i have to do some strength exercises to loose it? or is it both? please help!! i know many of you have alot of experience with this and your advice…
