I'm allowed 1420 Calories daily. I stay with in that window or below. How do you keep from feeling hungry, some days I feel like I'm going to chew my arm off! I also drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.
I have lost about 17 pds in almost three months. But now I have budged is a couple of weeks, how do I get past this and jump start my weight loss and get it going again? Help[
