NSV - 2 piece swim suit
Last week, for the first time in my adult life, post college, I appeared in public in a 2 piece swim suit. It wasn't an itty bitty bikini, just a conservative bikini top and board shorts, but I did it. AND felt good doing it. I still have a long way to go, but this was a huge milestone in my journey!! :happy:

NSV - inches and BF%
The scale is moving, and I appreciate it, but it really hit home last night when I went for my 6 month fitness evaluation at the gym. I have lost over 19 inches and my body fat has gone down 9 percentage points. To me, that was way more impressive than the scale.
