How does this work? My brain is telling me you cant loss mass without losing weight as well.

Does sleeping lower metabolism? Do you negate some of the befit if you work out before bed? Do naps throw off your metabolism during the day?

What to do with extra calories
so I'm nearing the end of my day and i have 637 calories left what should I do. Been reading how going under your target can be bad but i can't bring my self to eat that much/bad before bed. Totals 1,603 Your Daily Goal 2,240 Remaining 637
