What's your weekly goal set to?
What do you have your weekly goal lb loss set to? I had mine at 1lb per wk but that had my caloric intake over 3000 and I know I wasn't going to get anywhere near that many calories in per day. So I've increased it to 1.5lb per wk but I think I should go to 2lb's.

Sweetner Substitute
I have stopped using sweetners and went back to sugar but very limited and very little. I only use it in my coffee in the morning and it's about 2tsp if that.
