Hello all...I have recently started trying to reduce my carb intake to see if that will shake up my weight loss. I have noticed a sharp decline in my energy level. I feel like sleeping all day. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do...I try my best to avoid caffeine as well...thanks for the advice :smile:
My pedicurist told me today that he could tell I work out because my calves are so fit and toned...I'm pretty sure I love him :)
