Hello all...I have recently started trying to reduce my carb intake to see if that will shake up my weight loss. I have noticed a sharp decline in my energy level. I feel like sleeping all day. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do...I try my best to avoid caffeine as well...thanks for the advice

Looking at your diary, it seems that when you started cutting the carbs, you also substantially lowered your calorie intake. If you're going to drop your intake of one sort of food, you need to make up for it with something else. Many people do find that they lack energy on low-carb diets, though for some it's only temporary. If you're suddenly dropping both carbs and total intake though, it doesn't seem surprising that you find yourself feeling tired.0

This.
You can't just cut carbs. You then need to increase the intake of other macros to be sure you are meeting your calorie goals. What you are currently eating is too low for the majority of people. So, you are tired and lethargic because you are not feeding yourself.
In other words, eat more.0 -

Yes this, add more proteins and good healthy fats so you are not running on empty! No wonder you feel drained!0
