Legends of the Fall...when Samuel is shot and caught in that fence and he hears Tristan and thinks he is saved...I am a very loud crier too...because of this movie my BFF refuses to go to sad movies with me anymore haha

I would stop weighing in so much. I have heard that your body can vary by 5 pounds on any given day so I wouldn't worry so much about the weight it says you have gained. I would only weigh in every couple of weeks if I were you. Also, you may want to invest in a heart rate monitor so you will know exactly how many calories…

I am a sugar addict...so I am jealous of you :) I love the Kellog Special K cracker chips...the sea salt ones are the best! You can have 30 of them in one serving. I dip them into a wedge of laughing cow cheese and they are yummy...

This site absolutely works...if you are realistic in your goals. You should only lose 1-2 pounds a week. Anything faster than that you will not be sucessful long term...at least in my opinion. I use lettuce wraps instead of bread. I usually use romaine...it gives the sandwich a nice crunchiness and very little carbs :)

An easy stretch I do for mine is to freeze a bottle of water 3/4s full and roll my foot across it...I also roll it across my calf...it makes it feel so much better...good luck!

I am the same too. I exercise most days twice a day and have only lost 20 pounds in 3 months...it's so frustrating!
