i cant seem to get back onto keto no matter how hard i try, even though ive had amazing results from it. would be great if someone needed a keto buddy so we could help and motivate each other, share meal choices etc need help staying on track!

cant seem to get back on keto track
in january i started on on a ketogenic diet and was doing amazingly, lost 10 kilo in a matter of months and then i had one bad week... then it turned into two and then into 6 months. ive tried so many times to get back into but i just ruin it almost instantly. anyone else doing keto and maybe needs a keto buddy? sort of…
