Not sticking to the schedule?
I haven't been doing turbo fire that long, and my main goal with it is weight loss. I'm wondering if instead of doing the longer workouts when scheduled I replace it with one of the shorter ones (fire 30, HIIT 20) will that make weight loss slower?
