How can I burn more calories?
I tend to do classes mostly, simply because if I don't do classes I get bored and leave the gym within 20 minutes!! I see all these claims and people saying they burn upto 600-700 calories in the classes. My heart rate monitor says that i only burnt 350 calories in Zumba today (60 minute class) and 450 in body combat...…

Lost 10lbs, but no difference! :(
The first picture is when I was 149lbs. Now I am 139lbs. My scales aren't overly accurate but they aren't far out. How can I have lost weight and seen no change! It is so so demotivating. When did you guys start seeing changes?
