hi guys, i went to a guerilla training class on friday, my first one, and then did 30 day shred for 2 days. m arms ad stomaching are aching like mad. i was wondering do i go to guerilla tomorrow as i had planned? or will this mess me up for exercise?

entering exercise
hi guys, new to the whole MFP thing, yesterday i did one hour of guerilla training ( which is a bit like cavceman trianing but you do it for one hour) and i did level one of the 30 day shred, any ideas how to enter them into MFP?
