I have been losing every week but I am not seeing a difference. My calories are 1270 right now and I also eat back my work out calories which are usually between 200-300 calories a day. Cheat day Yes or Just a little
I have a cheat day on Satuday where I eat whatever I want drink whatever I want and then I'm back to business on Sunday. I was wondering if you have a cheat day and if so do eat whatever or do you just eat something you have wanted all week. Also do you think its a good idea to have a cheat day and go all out?
