So confused please help-

I started using MFP about 2 1/2 weeks ago, but before then I did the Daniel Fast for 21 days and lost 5 pounds. After that I gained it back and decided that I needed sometype of help. Well I found this site and can say it has really been helpful making me aware of what I eat (because before this I could eat, I mean eat). Anyways I'm 5,5 and in Jan. I was weighing in at 198 now I'm down to 190.80 and that was as of this Monday I lost 2 pounds since I've been on this site. I'm trying to get to 150 and I want to only lose about 2-3 pounds a week. What I'm confused about is it told me my calorie intake is 1200 and I usually work out about 5-6 times a week and I have been trying to eat back my excerise calories (some days I do and some days I can't eat them all back). I just read somewhere it said that you should eat more on your rest days. Is that true? I also weighed myself again today which I usually only weigh in on Mondays and it said I had lost another 2 pounds I don't know if I need to be happy about that or worried. I don't won't to be losing to fast. If someone could please break down how many calories I should be eating. If I should up my calories and also eat back my workout calories. This is new to me just want to make sure I'm doing it right.
