What are some "tricks" you use to lose weight?
Something I do: 1. I switched my coffee creamer out for 2% skim milk and a little Splenda. It's the ONLY thing I use artificial sweetner for. I don't understand it. I'm not hungry and what I'm eating isn't really ALL that amazing.
