Considering riding a century?
I group I belong to posted training regimens for riding a century. Figured I would share. :drinker:

NSV today
Went for my first LBS ride today. We went just over 25 miles. By far the furthest I have ridden in one ride. Can't wait until I can get my road bike. I was only rider on a non-road bike (Trek 7.2 FX)...but I kept up for the most part. Today was also the first ride with the cycling club I found. Great day!
