Sagging face - what to do?
I notice that my laugh lines are very visible now, my cheeks are sagging, is there anyone out there had successfully done anything to uplift the face? I don't mean Botox or medication. Would like a natural way - food, exercise, massage? Suggestions?

What's the ideal average Heart rate while running? I'm doing max 177, averaging 143, for 5km at 37 mins. Am I pushing myself too much or I can push myself more? My target is to hit 5km in 30mins end of this year. Advice please?

Am I exercising too much?
I need advice here. Am I exercising too much such that I'm not allowing my muscles to restore? Last 10 pounds!
I'm exercising 6 times a week, up my intensity, added strength training. averaging net intake 1100-1300, diet generally clean, no soda, no fast food, home cooked meals, no sugar except fruits. The weight is hanging on to dear life here. What else can I do?
