For the pass two days I have completed 40 mins on the cross trainer. My question is should I be doing the cross trainer every other day or is ok to do it…

Hi all, I'm new to all this. I have been doing the 30 day shred for 14 days now and on level 2 combined with healthy eating and using myfitnesspal. Looking for friends that are doing 30 day shred too. Would be good to hear from anyone also doing the shred too and find out how everyone is getting on with it. Nicki
