Need a gluten free and dairy free appetizer
I'm having dinner with a good friend this weekend who has a bad gluten intolerance and cannot eat dairy as well. I'm supposed to bring an appetizer and need some ideas. I can make hummus, but since that's what we always eat, I want to branch out a bit first. Any ideas?

Should I adjust my weight loss rate/ expectation?
At what point should I change my expectation of the rate that I lose weight? I am 5'2" and am trying to get to 135. I am wearing my old jeans today! They're a size smaller than the ones I had been wearing for the past year or so and I never threw them away. They're not even tight and there's a gap in the waist! Super excited!

Heel pain
I've started to notice pain in my right heel, on the bottom of the heel. It's more noticeable when I put weight on it, almost as if it's a bruise, but I can't think of anything I did that would cause a bruise, so am guessing that it's not that.
