I just started a new healthier lifestyle but I am having trouble with the work outs. I have severe panic attacks and about 10 mins into my workout, my mind goes into panic more because my heart is Racing. I get very dizzy, and have to stop for a bit. Will doing more work outs in the day for shorter periods be as effective?
Hi, I'm starting herbalife on Monday. I don't feel confident on choosing what foods I need to eat during the day for snacks and the meal. Anybody have any go to recipes you're willing to share??
