Hi, I'm starting herbalife on Monday. I don't feel confident on choosing what foods I need to eat during the day for snacks and the meal. Anybody have any go to recipes you're willing to share??

herbalife is a scam/pyramid scheme. ive been asked to promote and sell it and ive never used it and know nothing about it. just saying.0

I've using it. For your meal you're suppose to have some lean protein of your choice, a salad, and veggies and a starch or grain. I like to have a side salad with my meal most days with tomatoes and light dressing. I also like to cook tofu or I make something simple out of my hungry girl cookbook (recipes are under 500calories). For snacks you can have fruit, nuts, yogurt or vegetables0

Your Herbalife coach should give you a meal plan to help you out. For snacks I love almonds, veggies, Herbalife snacks, protein soup and much more
