9 Round Kickboxing/Nutrition
Hello! I have recently joined 9 round kickboxing and LOVE the workouts, however has anyone tried their nutrition plan? If so, have you seen success on the plan? I noticed that their calories are quite a bit higher than what I see on here for weight loss. Thanks in advance!

I see that there is a blog tab at the top of my screen, but when I go into the blog tab it shows all the blogs but it doesn't show me how to actually start one. Does anyone know how to blog on mfp? Thanks in advance and good luck in 2014!! Jessica

Motivation walls/Exercise Boards
Hello! I was curious if anyone had a "motivation wall" or a dry erase board or a board in general they have hung up that helps them stay on track? I was thinking about doing a meal planning board hung in the kitchen and a motivation wall in my bedroom. Does anyone have any pictures for ideas?
