I still don't quite get it, it still seems unbelievable, but that's gonna be my goal from now on.
So, I did my first bit of cardio exercise. I basically jumped and flailed around for 15 minutes. I had to think up what that would be called, so I decided on "dancing, general" since there was music involved and it was "generally" a hot mess. Not much, but hey, it's a start!
Hi everyone. I joined a little over a month ago, but have only started tracking my food (and eating better) in the last four days. Ever since I was 11 or so, I've struggled with my weight--never was athletic, never into sports, etc. I'm 196 now, and I'd say 175 or so is my "normal" weight (the weight I am without…
