So, the light cream is what they call their cream--for whatever reason it is light. The reason a medium is 120 calories is that they put four shots of this light cream into your drink, and each equals about 30 calories. The only way to reduce the calories in the drink would be to get less of the light cream. Lastly, they…

I'm going through this now, too. It's happening, but slowly. And it is difficult. I just realized this week I am going to have to start doing a 30 minute commute to a larger gym if I want to meet some goals. It's depressing, but I'm trying to get back on track and in gear.

I have no idea if this is correct, but if I were in the position I think you are in, I would just up my calories like crazy, begin lifting weights, and try to start bulking up.
-
I figure it may just take a long while. I just thought trying to hit such a high protein goal might be increasing my calories a bit more than I would like...

I am at 181, and I am not sure of my bodyfat, but it has to be pretty high. My TDEE is 2629 according to one of the sites you all provided to estimate. And I have set my calorie goal at 1980 but often go above that--I would say I average 2100 calories.

Send Taylor Swift to his house to do it for you.

Bah! How utterly odd that I have just been reading Lovecraft and have decided to begin reading his Cthulhu stories and this pops up!
-
I so need to do this.

I mostly read contemporary American poetry. Couple weeks ago ordered some new books. Been working on Jorie Graham's "The Dream of the Unified Field", her selected poems. Plan on reading "Red Doc>", which I also ordered--it's the followup to Anne Carson's novel-in-verse "Autobiography of Red", which I loved. I also have…

He is always gorgeous--but in this film...absolutely perfect.

Also: I have to say I am about 5-10 pounds heavier than I was when I started working there right after high school. I have always been a bit overweight... The lowest weight I have ever been since I was 14 or so was 15 pounds less than I am now. So, I don't know. I don't think it's effected me much.

I have worked there for...seven years? I think I've pretty much stayed the same weight, and when I did gain weight it was from choices I made outside of my work environment. Until a couple months ago, I did eat the food on my break, but now I always take my own lunch. And honestly? I don't think taking my own lunch has…

I must say, I love the line break after "Grandma's and warm". Talking about getting chick and then breaking the line there--I didn't know quite what to expect. Or I thought I knew what was coming next, and it made me throw up a little.

I knew that poetry could be experimental. Then again, I almost exclusively read poetry.

You can switch with me. I would love it if my legs were bigger.
-
Hahaha. I couldn't do a pull up if my life depended on it. But what you're saying kind of does make sense.

I suppose. I am not really sure what is considered a circuit, though. And yes, it's a cardio/strength thing, which is why I like it. I do bent over rows, bicep curls, upright rows, overhead press, squats and then lunges.
-
Yeah, I'm doing a pathetically light weight, but it's still very difficult for me. I definitely prefer just lifting to cardio, but I feel like I kind of want to challenge myself and what I think I am capable of.

I think I do the workouts meant for 70 year olds.

.002 of a serving.

No. Spices and all that stuff--I don't ever log that stuff. Also, a lot of times don't log vegetables. I don't think I've ever eaten any enough of any vegetable for it to be over 20 calories. And I'm not eating THAT close to my TDEE. Maybe I will begin to measure and log that kind of thing when I decide to become a…

Congratulations! If I can lose 36 pounds this year, I will be on the floor. Crying. With joy.
-
Well, I have a heartbeat.
-
It can be frustrating--stick with it and it WILL happen. I get upset sometimes, because I can go weeks without losing, or I will lose and then gain back. You really have to view something like weight loss as a long term thing. It's a long process, and I guess we have so many people doing dangerous, unhealthy things to lose…
-
So--I asked and got an answer. He said that the reason was that I wanted to keep my heart rate up. No idea.
-
Wow. Thanks for this!

Basically, this is the idea that marriage is a serious commitment. And dating type relationships are not. There's a big difference. You have to work things out with a spouse, but a significant other you aren't married to--no way. It's what trains us for what to do when we get married. -_-
-
Well, first... I don't know how I feel about the whole concept of getting out since there are problems. Sure, something sketchy might be up, but maybe not. Couples should at least try to work through things, right? I'm also amazed at how many people are so upset by the idea they might be with someone who doesn't find them…

Wow. You are a genius!

Oh, no. TOO MUCH. Only limited trimming for me, thank you. And that guy from Silence of the Lambs was my idol growing up! :flowerforyou:
