I still don't quite get it, it still seems unbelievable, but that's gonna be my goal from now on.

    what is your BMR and what type of exercise do u do?
    what is your height and what kind of job do you do...desk, dr, construction???

    My BMR is 1883. I am 5'10". Right now, I have not started any kind of consistent exercise. My job requires me to be on my feet, and pace back and forth quickly. Ha.

    I couldn't believe it either but I've now lost 4.8 lbs in 10 days!
    I eat above my BMR (over 2000 most days) and it seems to be working quite well.

    I hope you experience the same kind of success!

    It's going to be interesting, to say the least. Kind of scared. But I definitely won't have to worry about feeling hungry at all....

    Also, wonder why myfitnesspal seems to suggest eating below your BMR and if eating more calories to reach the BMR means you need to do a better job on your fats, carbs, etc. levels.
