Little Lesson Learned
I wasn't thinking & took my vitamins before I worked out! Bad idea. I felt super ill by the cool down of my workout. I usually take them when I eat a meal & forgot. So yeah, don't take your vitamins before you work out! Happy burning!

http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc MFP.com doesn't list all my activties I complete, so I found the Heath Status site. It helps me out a lot. Check it out when you need it!
