What is your go to zone meal? Something quick and easy to prepare? Mine is 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, and I sprinkle slivered almonds.
I'm doing the power 90. It isn't quite as challenging as I expected. I am a little sore today but I think I needed a little more than 20 minutes. I'm only on day 2 so maybe It will get tougher as I go. Has anyone done the power90? any results?
