I have both and Im not sure which one to use. I want to loose 30 pounds and also tone up. I heard P90x is more for toning and muscles - is that true or does it get the fat off? Thanks
I never have time to prepare anything when I leave for work in the morning and Im not one to cook anything. Does anyone have any healthy food ideas for on the go people like me??? My biggest problem is I dont have time in the morning to prepare anything so I find myself eating out ALL THE TIME!!! Thanks :smile:
