Has anyone tried this? When I was at the gym today one of the trainers kept endorsing it and telling me it is great. I used to take Jillian Michael's whey protein after working out but cannot seem to find it at the stores anymore, so I'm thinking of trying it. Thoughts?

Calories burned for Cardio Recovery
I don't have a HRM so I am having a tough time trying to figure out how many calories I burned doing Insanity Cardio Recovery. It wasn't anything compared to the other workouts with Insanity, but it still got me sweating a little. How many calories do you think I burned (160 lb) for the 32 minute Cardio Recovery Workout?

I just downloaded Insanity but I am a little confused as to what DVD's I do and for how long, and is there a specific order for the DVDs. I'd appreciate your help!

Healthy, but good Restaurant options
On weekends I have found it tough to stick to my diet because those are the days when I tend to go out to eat instead of stay home and cook. Does anyone have any good Restaurant choices that are healthy and won't kill my diet? Also what are some of your favorite healthy menu items?
