Has anyone tried this? When I was at the gym today one of the trainers kept endorsing it and telling me it is great. I used to take Jillian Michael's whey protein after working out but cannot seem to find it at the stores anymore, so I'm thinking of trying it. Thoughts?

It depends what you are trying to do, but for the most part, you really do not need any of that. I believe that it is more of a motivational asset than something that really works but that might be just my opinion. I know when I used to take whey products, I felt super strong, though I am pretty sure its the idea of it working, more than it actually working.0
