Foods low in sugar....

So I've been pretty good with staying on top of being under my calories, sodium, fat, etc., however I am having trouble not going over in sugar....I mean it's not too much, usually only about 10 g., but still I can't seem to make it through the day without going over. I've looked through my diary and most of my food is only 2g or 3g of sugar give or take, but I guess it just adds up during the day. What are some good sugar free options that I can add to my diet to avoid going over in sugar.....or am I being too anal in worrying about sugar intake? I know it isn't on the settings for the food diary unless you select it, so is it something that I shouldn't be worrying too much about?

If you're going over because you eat fruit, it's not a problem. Or milk/yogurt. If it's refined sugars, then it is an issue. But if you only get 2 grams of refined sugars, I'm sure you're fine!0

I tend to go over cause I eat mostly fruits and veggies, I'm not too worried. I'd rather go over in sugar than eat aspartame, yuck!0
