Being short and overweight
Hi everyone! I'm 5'0" and 141 pounds right now. For me, it's a LOT of weight to carry around. For my whole life I've been around 105 - 115 and now that I'm 37 maybe around 120 and I'm fine with that. I was BORN with curves, lol and even at my thinnest have a J-Lo type of butt and full hips and I'm totally good with that!…

Hello. I did a search but it didn't return anything. How do I add the 30DS or a workout dvd into my cardio exercise log? I can't seem to find anything in their database. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm going over on my protein....and not meeting carbs
Hi! Can anyone help me with this? I have very few things on my diary - soy, black beans, yogurt and eggs and I'm still going over by about 16 points or so on protein.
