sugar???
So im pretty consistently under my calorie goal by about 400 lately. If i use a few calories so i can have 2 tsp of sugar in my coffee/tea a day, is this going to affect weight loss even though I'm still under calories? obviously sugar isn't great, but will 2 tsps a day really hurt? thoughts?

Losing too fast?
Okay, so i know that im extremely overweight. Im 5'4 and i started at 294. in 10 days i've lost 10 lbs. Is a pound a day too fast? Is it bad for your body? I know eventually my weight loss will slow down significantly the more I lose. Any ideas???

stress eaters!
Anyone that eats when they are stressed or depressed, is there anything comforting that IS low cal that you reach for?

Alcohol on friday night!?
Okay so its Friday night and I usually go out and have a few drinks. Obviously this isn't great for my weight loss. Is there any kind of drink that is better than the other? I always drink diet soda or tonic in my mixed drinks, but the alcohol its self is loaded with calories, no? Any ideas? Tips? Thanks everyone! =)
