sugar???

So im pretty consistently under my calorie goal by about 400 lately. If i use a few calories so i can have 2 tsp of sugar in my coffee/tea a day, is this going to affect weight loss even though I'm still under calories? obviously sugar isn't great, but will 2 tsps a day really hurt? thoughts?

    A little sugar is fine. 2 tsp = 30 calories. You won't notice a difference at all.
