  • I just left my wife of 1 year...she is devastated because she wants to be in this marriage so bad. I'm just not happy...She thinks its something we can work on, together. We cant....I'm not in it anymore. I wish i could ease her pain but i can't stay in a marriage where im not happy anymore. I feel a great sense of relief…

  • I agree, you may not feel chemistry because you have never given your self the chance to feel it. It sounds like he may be at least slightly serious, or he wouldn't keep saying it. Talk to him...it cant hurt. You may have something amazing sitting right in front of you.
  • i think my heart rate and bp run high because of my anxiety. if im at home where im less anxious, all of my numbers seem pretty normal

  • LOL nothing extreme. Just being under or at my calories every day. Portion sizes have been the key for me, so far. I never ate all that bad, i just ate A LOT. So, eating small meals/snacks throughout the day. All fresh foods, lots of veggies and a lot of water!
  • thanks everyone, exercise is probably the key. My anxiety is a lot less when i stay on a daily exercise regiment.
  • i agree. i just think while going through the process and learning, if i do slip up and i feel like i need to eat it might as well be something low cal. i think everyone (even people who don't eat when stressed etc..) have moments where they just want something. I absolutely know that my eating when anxious is a huge part…
  • Congrats! ive quit for a few months cold turkey, and slowly started up again. Id love to quit again, im so afraid to gain back any of the weight i just lost.
  • not feeling any ill effects. i have a ton of energy, actually. im lifting weights every other day and trying to do cardio every day. Just starting with a moderate pace walk. i feel incredible, really.
  • My calorie intake is around 1800 and i eat if im hungry. Some days im a little under, and Ive even had a cheat day where i was significantly over! I eat a lot of small meals, and fruits and veggies. My weight is definitely from not moving much and eating absolute crap!

  • this is exactly how i feel. i'm 25 and i don't want my dieting to be about not ever leaving the house. I'll have a few vodka and diet sodas and get myself to the gym tomorrow definitely. Thanks!!
  • Thanks everyone! So it seems most liquors with a diet mixer are around 100 cal? Now to just drink in moderation. =)

  • Hi. I'm always looking for new friends to help motivate me! I'm 25 and im 5'4" my CW is 294 im hoping to lose at least a 100 lbs to start. I've succeeded in weight loss before and just fallen off track. So i could sure use encouragement! i'm only on day 3 but I already have more energy! good luck to everyone!
