What did you notice change first?
As I was changing out of my work clothes this evening, I glanced in the mirror. There's definitely something different about the way my body looks... but I can't quite place my finger on what it is. Have you ever experienced something similar? What was the first thing you noticed change about your physical appearance?

BMI NSV!
Guess who is officially out of the "obese" BMI range?! Granted, it's not by much - but I'm still celebrating! What an encouragement, as I'd been been feeling a bit discouraged recently. :D
