Ok, so this is my daily routine: I do 100 crunches, 3 to 2 times a day, everday. 25-30 push ups, 3 to 2 times a day, everday as well. I run every other day for 3 to 5 km. I've heard that thsi is the hardest part of your body to lose, and I'm finding that it is so very true. Any tips on getting rid of this annoying tire around my stomach? I'm also on a very strict diet and run every other day. Thanks in advance!
