Just want to be healthy
I just want to be healthy and happy. I've been keeping a record of what I have been eating and got set up on an exercise program before I actually signed up on My Fitness Pal. Though I haven't lost any weight, I do feel better and not so depressed. Getting out and going to the gym to workout has helped. It also helps that…
