Just want to be healthy

I just want to be healthy and happy. I've been keeping a record of what I have been eating and got set up on an exercise program before I actually signed up on My Fitness Pal. Though I haven't lost any weight, I do feel better and not so depressed. Getting out and going to the gym to workout has helped. It also helps that my biggest cheerleader is my husband who meets me at the gym and has adjusted his eating habits to support me. Looking forward to lowering my BMI from 33 to whatever it is supposed to be at.

    Good first start! The weight will come off, just keep up the good work. I also noticed a decrease in depression. GL!

    that is me i just want to be healthy trunning fifty in a year and 2 monthes and i want to be in great shape for the latter part of life

    Sounds like you are off to a great start! That's wonderful that your hubby is being so supportive, it helps!
