Vegetables :)

When I started MFP I was eating pretty crappy and doing nothing about it. Quickly I learned to eat better and I love exercising so much that I hate when I miss it (my biggest supporter, my husband works out with me as often as he can). Since I prefer vegetables over fruit, I decided that I would introduce new veges into my diet. Seems my body does the happy dance each time I give it some new and different vegetables. Anyway, I came across this article that I would like to share with everyone. It will be something new I will be trying.

    I am not sure that I have ever sought out watercress, but will certainly do so in the future - yay for green things!
