Has anyone used Kettle Bells? I do Kettle Worx... it's about 25 mins/ 3 times a week. Does anyone know what the calorie count would be? I have been using one I found online which was approximately 250/ 20 mins. Thanks.
Does anyone notice that when they first start working out they do not see a change in the scale? Everytime I start working out, I do not drop pounds, which frustrates me to the point that I don't want to do it. I am finally losing and NOT working out. Has anyone had this happen? What did you do to get past it? Please help!
