Looking for some motivation buddies!

Hello,
I have been using MFP for a couple of months on and off, but it wasn't until recently that I really buckled down and started again. I had been seeing a Registered Dietitian and lost over 65 pounds with her. However, I had hit a point where I just felt like I needed to learn how to eat on my own. I am a Grad student studying Nutrition. I love food and I love how food can affect your entire well being. I am about 80 pounds overweight still, but I am determined to get healthy. My biggest problem is I am a compulsive eater. Once I have a trigger food, I cannot stop. I am trying to change the way I think about food. I am looking to feed my body what it actually needs now that I am actually learning what it needs. I could use all the support I can get to get me through my emotional swings where all I want is a candy bar. Thanks for listening!
