motivation lasts a few days, and then...
Does anyone else do this? I get super motivated, log everything, work out, drink all of my water. I get on the scale after a few days and I've lost weight. Then somewhere in my head, I think, "I've made it! I can let up." Then it all falls apart. Why is this? How can I overcome this?

Anyone following the Dr. Gourmet plan?
I bought the Just Tell Me What to Eat book for the recipes. As I read the first couple of chapters, I liked what he had to say. I started following the plan this week. left over calories
If I go on a long run and have a LOT of extra calories for one day, is it okay to roll some of those over to the next day? I'm struggling with this because I want to lose weight, but I also know that the calories burned need to be replenished at a certain rate to maintain the weight loss I am wanting. What do you think?
