Hi Everyone, I'm looking for great ideas for a complete dinner (carbs, protein, fats) that is low in sodium. Appreciate your help. My cooking skills are limited but willing to try.
I eat Quaker High Fiber (10g) Instant Oatmeal for breakfast (sometimes dinner). Any idea what types of protein I can eat with it to make it complete? Thanks for your help!
Just curious if anyone knows why the sodium counts are about the same. Is all the sodium located in the whites? I checked the nutritionals on both and it seems like the whites lose the fat, carb and cholesterol when separated from the yolk but not the sodium. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
A.C. LaRocca has great pizzas for less calories. Taste great too! Check out their website www.aclarocca.com
