Just curious if anyone knows why the sodium counts are about the same. Is all the sodium located in the whites? I checked the nutritionals on both and it seems like the whites lose the fat, carb and cholesterol when separated from the yolk but not the sodium. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you go into the database you can look it up and compare...
for an egg white on one large egg it shows 55 mg of sodium
I did not look up the yolk
