Hi All, I'm in the midst of planning my first trip to Mexico in August and you know what that means... Bikini!!! Ladies - Hips & Thigh issues! :)
My MAJOR problem areas are my hips and thighs... I hold most of my excess weight here and am not seeing much come off in these areas while I do in other areas. What are your favorite exercises for these areas? Also, any advice on that stubborn "cottage cheese" that we all love so much? I fear it will never go away! :/
