Question
I have a question for the runners and fitness folks. On my days off running (couch to 5k), can I do another exercise? Like the 30 day shred or billy blanks bootcamp? I want to do more exercise but I don't want to cause injury either. I just started the Couch to 5K and I'm on my second week of Week 1.
