I have a question for the runners and fitness folks.
On my days off running (couch to 5k), can I do another exercise? Like the 30 day shred or billy blanks bootcamp?
I want to do more exercise but I don't want to cause injury either. I just started the Couch to 5K and I'm on my second week of Week 1.

Yes it's ok to do different exercises on off days, you should give yourself one day off a week though. Mainly I'd say to just listen to your body, if you don't feel like you can than it's ok. Good luck!
