I set MFP macros in % for 40 protein/40 carbs/20 fat Do I really need that much protein?? I’m finding it very difficult. Im in my late 40s, female with a job that requires a good amt of walking. I don’t really exercise much other than work.

HELP with earbuds and running
I'm trying to find a good pair of wireless earbuds for running. I'm tired of getting tangled in a cord while running. I've tried researching the net but still find that I can't make a informed decision. Can I get some suggestions on what you use and why it works for you? I would really really appreciate it.

Kinda new :) but really confused
Hey everyone! I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer. Is there a way to enter my own personal limits for carbs/protein/calories? Instead of the default that comes up when I enter my height, weight, etc? I want to enter my own carb limit, calorie limit and protein! Thanks in advance!! :smile:
